creating characters is fine.. the problem occours when D2R-Classic single player Character is saved by the game engine any of such characters can't be loaded back into Hero editor.. this is a problem with D2R-Classic Only , both D2R-Expansion and D2R-RotW load just fine within hero editor.. the problem seemes to occoured with latest game build.. still got some unaffected characters a.k.a. because i haven't open'd them in latest game client, also got a couple of affected saves... they load into game engine just fine.. it's just that D2R Hero Editor spits out error and halts
I can upload both savegame types if needed.. Please state so if needed.. in the mean time i'll go chow something down

yeah.. well ummm... i couldn't access your discord in the first place.. Hero Editor is hell bent on using google chrome instead of switching to desktop app.. when i finally found a way to force it to switch the damn discord didn't add anything.. so i guess the invite link has to be down..
Btw can something be done about Hero Editor only working in google chrome? i literally hate this browser, and would much prefer to run the site from firefox, yet no mater how hard i try Hero editor doesn't want to run on firefox nor edge not even pale moon it only works in goolgle chrome

Normally the Editor works on Edge and Firefox (just tried), what's not working for you?
Ok so as for hero editor i can now use it on firefox, though i'm still unable to login ito the forum on firefox, while it is possible to do so on google chrome, so in order to answer you i still had to use chrome :p . as for the discord invite i'm going to try it right now

Ok so i joined d2runewizard discord, and made a post regarding the issue in hero editor section.. added 3 save files.. all d2r-classic chars. two of them don't load into editor and one still does ( though i haven't used that one in quite a while, loading that char ingame would probably make it unreadable by hero editor as well)
